Full Moon Gathering Event

For this project, I designed the visual identity for the Full Moon Gathering, a mystical event that celebrates said lunar phase in the heart of Mcheti’s jungle. The design centers around the theme of connection to nature and the celestial energies of the moon, with a focus on creating an immersive experience for attendees.
Having attended the Full Moon Gathering in December 2023, I was able to draw from personal experience and infuse the designs with the event’s spirit of connection, community, and celebration of nature. This firsthand insight allowed me to craft visuals that resonate deeply with the event’s atmosphere and its participants.
The Art Nouveau style served as the foundation for the visual direction, chosen for its organic, flowing lines and nature-inspired motifs. This style perfectly aligns with the event’s themes of natural cycles, personal transformation, and celebration of life. The main event poster features a central figure dancing beneath the full moon, with roots extending from her feet, symbolizing her deep connection to the earth. The poster combines deep blues and golden hues to evoke the mystical energy of the night and the illuminating power of the full moon.
The poster features a color palette of deep navy blue, cream, muted reds, and soft gold tones, evoking a sense of the night sky, nature, and moonlight. Beyond the poster, I also designed wristbands, tickets, banners, t-shirt, and tote bag, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all event materials. Each element incorporates the same color palette and intricate design details, creating a unified and immersive experience for attendees.
Overall, this project was a deep exploration of combining aesthetics with storytelling, ensuring that every design element contributed to the magical atmosphere of the Full Moon Gathering.
